About Us

Who We Are

Klingaman & Associates, Inc. has been assisting business owners, HR managers, and employees since 2006 with voluntary benefits designed to both compliment existing benefit packages and at the same time meet the growing financial needs of employees caused by the radical changes in health insurance.  We do not offer Health Insurance at this time.

Who We Work With

We work with employers of all sizes to provide worksite benefits that enhance the employer’s current health insurance offering. In today’s economic climate, businesses are finding it harder and harder to provide a comprehensive benefit package for their employees that doesn’t break the bank. We support those businesses in offering “big business” benefit packages to employees on a voluntary basis. That means that the employees participate in the benefits they choose usually with a payroll deduction and the employer often experiences a FICA savings. It is a win-win situation for the employer and the employees. 

How We Do It

Carriers

We have a number of benefits carriers available to choose from and we consult with employers about the best options for the business and employees alike.

Employee Education, Enrollment, Claims

We provide the benefits education to employees, follow up with enrollment, and are available first hand to assist with questions and claims. 


The HR department does NOT have to be burdened with the responsibility of initially rolling out new benefits to the workforce or bearing the brunt of the responsibility to educate new hires all year long. WE DO THAT!!

 

We make ourselves available for all new hires because after all, shouldn’t all new hires have the right to understand the benefits that are available to them?  It is our experience that often new hires get overlooked when it comes to benefit education and sometimes have to wait 11 months for open enrollment to get any chance to understand their benefit options. We take this weight off the shoulders of the HR department by meeting with newly hired employees to educate them on their options.
